About RajaVPS

Bridging Indonesian businesses with AWS's approval process, since 2019

RajaVPS grew out of repeatedly handling production access, port unblock, and AWS quota increase submissions for various projects — and realizing how many small-to-medium businesses in Indonesia struggle to do it on their own.

Why does RajaVPS exist?

Many AWS Support requests get rejected not because the use-case itself is invalid, but because the way it's communicated doesn't match what AWS reviewers are looking for. Documents that are too brief, missing a risk-mitigation plan, or an unrealistic volume — all of this can be fixed with the right approach.

RajaVPS focuses specifically on these three types of submissions rather than being a generalist cloud consultant. This focus lets us understand AWS Support's rejection and approval patterns more deeply over time — something we've been refining since our first cases back in 2019.

How we work

We operate fully online/remote, serving clients from various cities across Indonesia and beyond. Communication happens through Microsoft Teams/email, WhatsApp, and Telegram — channels already familiar to both technical and non-technical teams.

Our Values

Principles we hold on every submission

Honest about expectations

We don't promise a 100% guarantee, since the final decision rests with AWS. What we do guarantee is document quality and process follow-through.

Client data security

We never ask for or store your AWS account credentials. Information you provide is used solely to prepare submission documents.

Focused on three core services

We deliberately avoid being a jack-of-all-trades cloud consultant, so we can keep deepening our expertise in SES, port 25, and EC2 service quotas.
