RajaVPS.my.id ("we") provides consulting and support services for drafting and submitting official requests to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Support, including but not limited to: Amazon SES Production Access requests, EC2 port 25 unblock requests, and other AWS service quota increase requests.
RajaVPS.my.id is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, is not an official reseller of, and is not an official representative of Amazon Web Services, Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc. All submissions are made through official AWS Support channels using the client's own AWS account.
The final decision on any submitted request rests entirely with AWS Support's discretion and is beyond our control. We are committed to preparing documents and justifications of the highest quality based on our experience, but cannot and do not guarantee that your request will be approved.
Clients are responsible for: (a) providing accurate and truthful information regarding their use-case and technical needs, (b) submitting requests from their own AWS account, and (c) complying with AWS's Acceptable Use Policy. We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Service fees are paid according to the chosen package as listed on our Pricing page, separate from AWS's own usage fees, which are paid directly by the client to AWS.
Booking fees already paid are non-refundable once document preparation has begun. Further refund policy details can be discussed directly with our team before the process starts.
We maintain the confidentiality of all business and technical information shared by clients in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will not share it with third parties without consent.
These terms of service are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.
